Volunteers are the heart of The Period Pantry. From deliveries to packing to community support, your time helps ensure people across Central Ohio have consistent access to period products.
We rely on volunteers to help provide consistent access to menstrual products for people across Central Ohio.
Whether you can give your time once or on an ongoing basis, there are many ways to get involved.
How to Volunteer
All new volunteers begin by watching our short Volunteer Orientation video. This overview explains who we serve, how our delivery model works, and what to expect as a volunteer.
After watching the video, complete the volunteer application to get started.
Host a Period Supply Drive
A period product supply drive is an event you host over a set period of time where you collect menstrual products or raise funds to support The Period Pantry.
Supply drives can be:
- A one-day event
- A week-long or month-long collection
- Hosted at schools, workplaces, faith communities, or neighborhood groups

Current Volunteer Opportunities
- Delivery Driver: We are always looking for assistance with delivering our period product requests!
- Package Product Deliveries: Join us at our bi-monthly events to sort donated products and package period product requests for households!
- Donation Stations: Host a donation station at your local business

Periodically, we have openings on our Board of Directors. Board members help guide strategy, governance, and long-term sustainability for The Period Pantry.
